  • Business Data: Milk collection records, member details, financial transactions
  • Device Information: Browser type, IP address for security purposes
  • Offline Storage: Data cached locally on your device using IndexedDB for offline access

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide dairy management services (collection tracking, billing, reports)
  • To send SMS notifications about collections and bills (if opted in)
  • To store data locally for offline functionality
  • To authenticate and secure your account
  • To improve our services and user experience

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely:

  • Cloud Storage: Encrypted database hosted on Supabase (secure cloud infrastructure)
  • Local Storage: IndexedDB on your device for offline access
  • SMS Service: Twilio for notification delivery (opt-in based)
  • We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data

4. Data Sharing

We DO NOT sell or share your personal data with third parties except:

  • Twilio: For SMS notifications (only phone numbers of opted-in members)
  • Base44 Platform: Infrastructure provider for hosting and authentication
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

5. SMS Notifications

SMS notifications are:

  • Completely optional - you control notification preferences
  • Used only for business purposes (collection alerts, bill reminders)
  • Can be disabled anytime from Settings
  • Sent via Twilio service with industry-standard security

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: View all your data stored in the app
  • Correction: Update your profile and business information
  • Deletion: Request account deletion by contacting support
  • Opt-out: Disable SMS notifications from Settings
  • Data Export: Export your data as PDF reports

7. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. Deleted records are marked as inactive but kept for 30 days for recovery purposes, then permanently deleted.

8. Children's Privacy

DUDH DAIRY 2.0 is a business application NOT intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
