D020 & D021 | Cow Collections | From 2026-02-16 to today | New Rate Sheet (16-Feb-2026)

What this does: Loads all cow collection records for D020 (base ₹18.5) and D021 (base ₹19.5) from 16-Feb-2026 onwards, looks up the correct rate from the new rate sheet cells using each record's FAT & SNF values, and updates the rate and total_amount. No other data is touched.
