By accessing and using DUDH DAIRY 2.0, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

DUDH DAIRY 2.0 is a dairy management application that provides:

  • Milk collection tracking and management
  • Member and customer database
  • Bill generation and financial reports
  • Rate sheet management
  • SMS notifications (optional, requires Twilio credit)
  • Offline data access using local storage

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • Upload malicious code or engage in harmful activities
  • Share false or misleading information

5. SMS Notifications

SMS features are:

  • Optional and require opt-in consent from members
  • Paid service - dairy owners must fund their Twilio account
  • Used only for legitimate business purposes (collection alerts, bills)
  • Can be disabled at any time from app settings
  • Not guaranteed - delivery depends on carrier and network

6. Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter into the app. We are not liable for errors in milk collection records, financial calculations, or reports resulting from incorrect data entry.

7. Offline Functionality

The app uses local storage (IndexedDB) for offline access. While we strive for data integrity, we are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, cache clearing, or browser issues.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of DUDH DAIRY 2.0 are owned by Varad Computers and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Accuracy of calculations or reports
  • Data backup or recovery
  • Compatibility with all devices or browsers

10. Limitation of Liability

Varad Computers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or financial loss.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account by contacting support.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
